LoopEride Cafe 3K is a classic look scooter for around town commuting and maybe a little light off road fun! Quite zippy for a scooter, so we call them Scootercycles! These are already registered with the DMV. Considered a motor driven cycle 50cc or less, no motorcycle license required if 16 or over, but it is highly recommended.
